"30.05.2009.-01:05.h."Angelina Jolie, sustained what producers describe as "a minor injury" while shooting an action scene on the Long Island set of the spy thriller Salt but she has already resumed filming, PEOPLE has confirmed".

"While the injury never appeared serious, the actress and mother of six who apparently got a scratch on her face and bumped her head was rushed to the nearest to the hospital".

"As a precautionary measure, Ms. Jolie will be taken to the hospital and examined," the studio said in a statement earlier Friday".

"The tough-as-nails Jolie, 33, was released after a thorough examination, and went right back to work".
