"I haven't exercised, I just don't eat as much",
says Charlotte Church as she flaunts her slim
new figure on Jonathan Ross".

But Charlotte Church, 24, has unveiled a dramatically thinner look saying she has lost two stone simply by eating less. The singer, whose weight has yo-yoed over the years, showed off her figure on BBC's Friday Night With Jonathan Ross".
"Flaunting her figure: Charlotte Church arrived on the set of Friday Night With Jonathan Ross in a tight little black dress. She told Ross: 'I don't think I've ever been this thin. I haven't exercised I just don't eat as much".
"Miss Church said she felt no pressure to slim down because her partner, rugby player Gavin Henson, did not mind if she was curvy or thin. 'I've got a great fella who is not obsessed with my weight,' she added".
"Revealing her secrets: The singer, who is set to appear in the new TV show Over the Rainbow, said she didn't turn to exercise to help her lose weight. The couple have two children, Ruby, two and Dexter, aged one. Miss Church has steadily shed the pounds since giving birth to her second child."
"She initially dropped from a size 14-16 back to her pre-pregnancy size 10-12 by walking and swimming with Henson, but in the past few months has slimmed further. She is now a size eight".
"It is understood she has incorporated more protein in her diet. The benefit of this is that it is digested slowly and so makes you feel fuller for longer".
"Transformation: Church wore a dress from Quontum, a little-known label stocked at Topshop. She has lost a dramatic amount of weight since February "right".
"Experts however recommend the best way to lose weight is a balanced diet combined with exercise. Diet coach Lee Janogly said: 'For most people, simply eating less isn't going to be enough to get them in shape".
"Miss Church has just signed a BBC deal to be a judge on Over The Rainbow a series searching for talent suitable for the role of Dorothy in Andrew Lloyd Webber's stage adaptation of The Wizard Of Oz".
